The shipping fee is always based on the address, time and date of delivery. It is always important to give the exact address if the delivery is to a hospital, important information for the courier is whether it is an employee or a patient, specify the ward or room number of the person. If the courier will be delivering the flower to the recipient's place of work please always state the company in which it will be found. This will avoid many problems during the delivery itself.

In Prague we have been cooperating for ten years with our subsidiary Airway s.r.o., all couriers of this company are properly trained and follow all the rules that are given in the delivery and transportation of flowers. The couriers have an app on their phone where they can see all the recipient's information along with any notes in the order. The invoice and the sender's details are not available to the courier and they do not have access to these details. 

PRICE OF EXPRESS FLOWER DELIVERY PRAGUE AND SURROUNDINGS 

1) Express flower delivery within 90 minutes - this delivery is only possible around the city, delivery of the order is from 90 - 120 minutes from receipt of the order, but max. by 18 hours. The price of delivery is charged at 179 CZK
 

2) Delivery of flowers in Prague on working days - if your order is over 1000 CZK, the delivery within the city is free of charge until 18 hours, if your order is lower, the delivery is charged 119 CZK 

3) Delivery of flowers in Prague and its surroundings on weekends and holidays - if your order is delivered on weekends and holidays, the option of free delivery for orders over CZK 1,000 does not apply. The price of delivery is fixed regardless of the price of the order at 199 CZK

DELIVERY DATE

The delivery date is always scattered in a given time window, i.e. you place a delivery at 10 am, we will deliver your order in a time window of X/Y hours. If you are unsure whether the recipient will be at the delivery location at the given time, please write in the courier note information about the need to contact the person to verify the delivery time.

ORDER PICK-UP

At the time specified by the dispatching centre, the courier will pick up the order at the premises, where any accessories to the flower will be handed over to him. The courier is also informed here if the sender has contacted us with any changes in delivery or additional information.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

Once the courier arrives at the delivery address, he locates the recipient and hands over the order to him. The moment the order is delivered, the courier will send you an email with the delivery information via an app on your phone. In case of any problem during delivery, the courier will contact us and we will inform you and solve the emergency situation. /receiver is not at the place of delivery, does not respond to the bell or phone, etc/. If the recipient is not at the place of delivery there is always the possibility to leave the order with neighbours, at the reception, etc.
