Hyacinth is a perennial herb with bulbs that produces racemes of bisexual flowers. In our region, hyacinths are a popular ornamental plant, loved for their large, fragrant flowers that can fill an entire room with their scent. Hyacinths are suitable for flowerbeds, planters, and pots, thriving in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in sunny locations. Bulbs are planted in the fall, at a depth of 15 cm and spaced 10–20 cm apart.
Hyacinths are a classic spring flower and are also available as cut flowers, perfect for spring bouquets combined with tulips and daffodils. In our online store, they first appear on March 8 for International Women's Day.
